The one who's transmitting, you mean?
On the other side too. The most intense time I felt that, I was sitting next to a teacher and I felt I was sitting next to a divine being. His own presence was going to completely eradicate me. The experience was so powerful, so charged and blissful, but there was also a reaction in me: "I cannot handle this." My whole body was shutting down. I was contracting involuntarily, weeping, trying to just sit with it.
I've seen that happen recently from the other side, where I intentionally experimented with it.
So it's a very concentrated way of helping someone dissolve their separate existence.
The mysterious nature of transmission
I don't know. I don't know that it's a way of helping, or of helping dissolve. I think it's very mysterious. It could provide a contrast of experience that might help someone question their beliefs. There are a lot of "coulds" and "possiblys" in that sentence.
But it's like a big wake-up call, showing that there's this false reality.
