Everything Is Fully Received: Identity, Fear, and Openness

Todo es plenamente recibido: identidad, miedo y apertura

This session explores the open, receptive nature of awareness—how sounds, sensations, thoughts, and even resistance are all fully received by our empty being. Through dialogue, the teacher guides students facing self-doubt and fear to recognize that their struggle marks the edge of identity dissolving, and that conditioned thoughts rooted in survival need not define who they are. The session reframes the disorienting process of losing familiar self-concepts as a healthy movement from identification to being.
