It's a good way of being in contact with myself. And it's mysterious, a new mystery, no longer dominated by my old point of view. I really feel it in my body and in what's going on in my life too. So that's good. Thank you for having me.
You're welcome. My pleasure.
Being with impermanence
The more we see impermanence, and the more we are able to be with it, the more intense it becomes, and the more we notice it. The mind makes things permanent. But when we're able to be with impermanence, it becomes easier. Something opens up, and I really believe that's what we long for. There's a love that pours through from us. What we long for is that openness, that open flow of love. And it literally is everything, everywhere.
