An invitation to notice what quietly knows your experience and to trust that nothing about this moment needs to change.
How can we see what is not visible?
Or can we feel what has no sensation?
How do we recognize the sound when there is silence?
How can we recognize our being?
It has no color, no shape, no form.
The invitation
In the appearance of the universe, there is love.
What we are looking for is here.
What would it require for us to accept that?
Nothing is needed.
What would we have to sacrifice?
What illusions would collapse?
Nowhere to get to, nothing to do.
Freedom
Do not settle for anything less than ultimate freedom.
Freedom to become, the freedom from becoming.
The freedom to be movement, the freedom to be infinite stillness.
It's always right here.
It doesn't come and it doesn't go.
Beyond thought
We will not find it in thought.
We will not find it through thinking, imagining, remembering.
It is unlike any experience you have had or remember having.
It is unlike any experience you can imagine or hope to have.
There's nothing you can do to get there.
There's nothing you need to stop doing.
Distractions and contractions
Notice the distractions.
Notice the contractions.
Trust, neither distractions nor contractions need to stop.
The mind pumps thoughts, the heart pumps blood, the body creates pleasures and pains.
What knows
What is it that knows thoughts?
What is it that knows pleasures and pains?
What knows the breath does not breathe.
What knows the mind does not think.
What knows pain does not hurt.
Nothing needs to change
How would you relate to your current experience, no matter how uncomfortable, if you deeply knew nothing needs to change?
Notice how all conflict with your experience comes from a hope, a belief: if only it was different, then I would be okay.
How would you touch your current experience if you were not hoping it was different?
How would your heart open to this if you deeply trusted this moment, and this moment?
Always, how would your heart open if you deeply surrender into that trust: nothing needs to change.
The treasure is here.
What needs to be let go of to trust this?
To explore this, consider this.
