That expression comes from our teacher. It's an Argentine phrase that he gave a Latin flavor to make it sound more sophisticated and official, but it's entirely made up. It simply means: don't pay attention to that. Ignore it.

I think you're referring to that secondary thought, the reaction to the first thought. Yes, just ignore that. But then be curious about what's actually happening. What is the whole thing? What's at the root?
The second thought is merely a reaction to the first thought. So what is the first thought about? Where is it coming from? What is the nature of what's happening? If you look closely, there's going to be a sense of "I" not wanting something.
