An invitation to let every thought, feeling, and struggle belong to the universe, freeing what you call yourself into openness.
Just letting what is absolutely be.
This is never-ending.
What is now is exactly as it is, including
all thoughts and emotions,
resistances, struggles,
all of that as well,
if anything is present.
The body-mind as universe
Everything you experience,
everything wrapped around the circle of what we call I,
what really is just the body-mind.
All of that is just part of the universe being as it is.
What we call I,
which is really just activity of the body-mind,
let it be as the universe,
as the stars, as the planets,
as the wind.
The true I can be empty,
free.
Offering it all
Anything that can be called a problem,
your problem,
your struggle,
your pain,
your suffering.
Let it be of the universe,
of creation,
so that the line between sacred and not blurs.
So that the trees are just trees,
the birds are just birds,
and your pain,
your struggle, your suffering is divine.
Sacred creativity.
Nothing needs to be done.
This is just a pointing towards allowing, towards letting go.
Give everything that is yours to the universe.
Only take the gift of being
empty, open, infinite.
Not to fix, not to end
If there is an experience,
a friction, resistance, struggle,
let it be part of the universe.
Not for it to end.
Not as a way to get rid of it,
just some offering to mystery.
And so that at the heart of that friction,
clinging,
grasping,
pushing,
it could all be as it is,
dropping all attempt of changing,
all effort to fix.
And at the heart there is the intimacy,
the savoring of all experience.
Everything in movement
Sensations appear,
perceptions appear,
thoughts appear,
emotions appear,
contractions appear.
Always in movement,
flowing and changing.
What is always seen becomes universal, manifested.
What remains, what we call I, is empty,
is open,
is welcoming.
It is also full,
full of satisfaction.
It is free.
Not free from pain,
but free in what is.
Free to savor the dance between pleasure and pain,
free to witness the beauty of all manifestation.
