During the meditation, what I experienced was being in the middle of a big distraction, a really big distraction. But little by little, I felt my body becoming more relaxed. My spine loosened, and I had a strong urge to yawn. I started to relax, and all that energy of distraction came down. I wanted to share this because it connects with what you were explaining earlier.
