I feel a little sad because I missed all the exercises. I completely got knocked out and couldn't stay awake. I was wondering about this, because I actually felt very active today, and then I listened to you and recognized that I haven't been here for quite a few weeks because I had exams. I hope to come back more regularly next time. But even the time before, I sometimes get so tired. I feel like it's a good thing, and I feel good now after it, but I'm also sad because I missed it.
I think it's really important to rest, so there is a recovery in that. Having a recording that you can keep with you is useful. You could try it earlier in the day. If you tend to fall asleep a lot during meditation, that's honest, and I think it's okay. Have a little snack and you'll be fine.
