I've been curious about my child's experience. He doesn't really have many stories yet, and I wonder what's happening for him when he's completely losing it sometimes. I also worry about not having worked through enough of my own baggage to properly help him with his challenges as he meets them.
That's a natural worry, but it's fine. It's fear. Just keep doing the work you do, and trust.
The worry itself as a block
That concern can become its own block. It's just fear. Keep going.
Do you have any thoughts or advice around teaching this kind of stuff to him early?
Big no. Focus on you. You already know.
