Tasting Reality Beyond the Map of Thought

Saboreando la realidad más allá del mapa del pensamiento

This session explores how conceptual thinking creates an overlay that obscures direct experience, and how identification with thought produces contraction, anguish, and unnecessary suffering. Through meditation and dialogue, the teacher guides students toward trusting the heart, allowing difficult sensations, and developing an 'acquired taste' for what is real beyond the mind. The session culminates in a radical invitation to consider that one's present experience is exactly as one wants it to be.
