An invitation to let go of grasping and fall into the heart — the quiet, mysterious, peaceful source that produces and embraces everything.
Let yourself relax.
Enable, invite.
Slipping, falling.
The greatest illusion is the sense that we can hold on to something,
that there's something to grasp.
We can only fall from illusion.
We fall into the heart of hearts.
It's not the organ.
The heart is not located.
It's the centerless center.
My heart is everywhere,
only veiled by illusion.
Letting go
Let yourself slip away.
Down and out,
into the heart.
Not in the chest,
not feelings,
not emotions.
Again, the direction:
leaping, falling, laughing, down.
Only one obstacle,
the illusion that there is something to hold on to.
We're all falling into the heart.
The flavor of heart
The flavor of heart is not emotion,
is not sensations in the chest.
It is mystery.
It is awe.
It is quiet.
It is peaceful.
It is in everything,
never lost,
never broken.
The flavor of heart is trust.
The flavor of heart is potentiality, creativity, creation.
Always new, from mystery to form,
from form to mystery.
It is in the sound,
it is in the sensation,
it is in the thought,
it is in the objects.
It produces and perceives as one thing.
Our suffering, all of it,
wants to lead you back and remind you of this.
Heart.
When you seem lost
If and when you seem lost in thought,
you do nothing.
Do not change anything.
Do not resist,
do not fight,
do not hold.
Just taste.
Stay very experiential.
The images, the sounds,
the sensations, the contractions.
If there's any sense of struggling,
attraction, non-muscular contraction:
oh, that's an illusion, not real.
Don't expect it to leave or dissolve.
Let it be.
Let it be the appearance of something that's not really there.
What is really there
The appearance of a thinker thinking,
a thinker thinking (a mirage).
What is really there is images,
shapes, colors, forms,
imaginary sounds,
finger thinking.
The appearance of struggle, of struggling, of suffering.
What is really there is sensation,
shapes, densities, warmth, textures.
Not a single one static, remaining.
All guaranteed to pass.
Producing and perceiving
Here is an essential heart piece:
producing and perceiving, one function.
One coin, two sides,
two views of the same thing.
Your heart, everything, is always new.
Even this too will change.
Nothing repeats.
Always fresh,
always awake,
always at peace.
Peace is reality.
Always accepting.
Always embracing.
This is heart.
