What Veils Reality: Seeing Through the Machine of Self

Lo que vela la realidad: ver a través de la maquinaria del yo

This session explores how the mind constructs a sense of self through constant identification, interpretation, and compulsive control, and how this process veils our true nature. Through meditation and the question "who am I," the teacher guides students to see that liberation comes not from fixing or controlling but from patient, direct seeing of what is actually happening. The dialogues address the fear and discomfort of this unraveling, the thought-emotion loop, and how habits persist until the underlying illusion is fully recognized.
